I love Thanksgiving, but I hate Thanksgiving. I love slowing down, eating good food, and getting extra time with the people I care about. I hate how fast everything gets, how routines disappear overnight, and how easy it is to go from feeling on top of things to wondering what day it even is.

And with our RNFCrossFit anniversary landing right in the middle of it all, I have been thinking a lot about what I am thankful for. Not in a cheesy way, but in a real way where you stop long enough to realize how much people matter.

And honestly, it all comes back to you.

Thankful for the People Who Show Up

Every person who walks into RNFCrossFit brings something different.
Some of you walk in ready to crush it.
Some walk in hoping to survive the warm-up.
Some walk in tired, stressed, or unsure of how the day will go.

But you show up. You do the work. You keep trying, even when it is not easy.

And seriously, you inspire me more than you know.

Thankful for the RNFCrossFit Community

Our community is the heartbeat of this place.
It is the high-fives after someone gets their first box jump.
It is the laughs between sets.
It is the quick check-ins when someone has been gone for a bit.
It is the way we celebrate each other’s wins like they are our own.

RNFCrossFit is special because the people inside it are special.
I am thankful for that every single day.

Thankful for the Hard Things

This past year brought some tough moments inside and outside RNFCrossFit.
Hard things grow us.
Hard things teach us.
Hard things remind us that we are stronger than we think.

Watching this community face challenges, carry heavy seasons, and still walk through the doors has been powerful. CrossFit makes you strong, but community makes you steady.

Thankful for Another Year of RNF

Every PR you hit.
Every scaled workout you still gave your all to.
Every smile after a brutal WOD.
Every moment you trusted us with your health and fitness.
I am thankful for all of it.

Thankful for the friendships.
Thankful for the growth.
Thankful for the memories.
Thankful that RNFCrossFit is still here, still helping people, and still doing hard things together.

Happy Thanksgiving, RNF family.
And happy anniversary to all of us.
Thank you for showing up, thank you for choosing RNFCrossFit, and thank you for inspiring me more than you know.

We are just getting started.
